“ Fantastic vibrant bar in the heart of Saou. Excellent local beers and wines, Gaspard makes a cracking cocktail too. An old Garage lends it's name to a much needed bar in the beautiful village of Saou, Gasoline Palace is awesome. There are 2 outdoor areas and a large indoor space, with great tunes and free pool and Table football. There are various themed evenings, including live music and world cuisines. The food is great too, each day (except Monday) there is a small but well selected lunch menu, we had a (rather large) Caesar Salad and a Croissant Tuna mayo sandwich, unusual but excellent. I really recommend Gasoline Palace, Laurent, Nico and Mick made us really welcome. ”

“ The best bar in Saoû! This converted warehouse makes for a really cool bar. We got a very warm welcome by the owner, the service was refreshingly superb, they've got really good local beer, excellent pizza and there is a great chilled atmosphere. The bar area is very cool with proper decks and then there is a big area out back with sofas as well as another terrace out back! ”
